1. Service Description

AxiomCode provides unified access and relay services for AI models, forwarding requests to upstream models through OpenAI / Anthropic-compatible interfaces.

2. Accounts and Keys

• You must register an account and keep your API keys secure; any loss caused by a key leak is the responsibility of the account holder.
• We recommend creating separate keys for different purposes and setting quota limits.

3. Billing and Top-ups

• We use prepaid quotas with pay-as-you-go billing; the exact multipliers are as shown in the console.
• Rules for top-ups / redemption codes (including refund eligibility) will be detailed later.

4. Usage Guidelines

• The service must not be used for any illegal, infringing, or abusive purposes.
• You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and relevant jurisdictions.

5. Service Scope

AxiomCode does not provide services to users in mainland China. By continuing to use the service, you confirm that you are not located in a restricted region and that you bear responsibility for your own compliance.

6. Availability and Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and may experience interruptions due to upstream fluctuations, maintenance, and similar causes; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect losses arising from this.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
